GENERAL BUSINESS:

1.        ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:  Subject to availability of funds

2.       Approval of the consent agenda                               

A.     Approval of the Appointment of Cathe Wright to the Civil Service Commission.

B.     Approval of a Park, Facility, and Right-of-Way Use Permit for the Use of Grassy Park for the Sidepony Village and Beer Garden on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 7:00AM to 8:00PM; this includes setup and breakdown.

C.      Approval of the Park, Facility and Right of Way Use Permit for B.R.A.T.S for the use of Tombstone Canyon and Main Street at the Iron Man down to Grassy Park, then onto Subway Street to hold an Art Car Parade on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 4:00PM to 4:30PM and with Subway Street Closure from 4:00PM to 6:00PM.

D.     Approval of a Special Event Liquor License Application submitted by the Central School Project for an Event to be held at Grassy Park located at 39 Copper Queen Plaza, Bisbee, AZ on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10:00AM to 6:00PM; Laurie McKenna, Applicant.

E.       Approval of a Special Event Liquor License Application submitted by St. Patrick’s Church for an event to be held at St. Patrick’s Church Hall, located at 100 Quality Hill, Bisbee, AZ on Friday, October 5, 2018 and on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 11:00AM to 9:00PM; Maria Pitzlin, Applicant.

3.       Discussion and Possible Approval of Resolution R-18-17; a Resolution of Mayor and Council Supporting International Day of Peace.

4.        Discussion and Possible Approval of the Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement between Freeport Minerals Corporation and the City of Bisbee to Construct an above ground Storm Water Detention Facility on Freeport property.
